Another weekend of Sky Bet Championship action has passed and its results have had major ramifications on the league standings, with battles hotting up at both ends.
It began with a 2-0 win for Leeds United away at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday night, propelling the Whites closer to leaders Leicester City. The Foxes failed to respond on Saturday as they drew 2-2 with Hull City, while Ipswich Town blew a 1-0 lead at Cardiff City to lose 2-1 - a huge blow for the Tractor Boys' automatic promotion hopes. Southampton, the final team in that fight, gained confidence with a terrific 4-2 win over a struggling Sunderland side.
West Midlands teams West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City had contrasting weekends as the Baggies ran out 4-1 victors away at Huddersfield Town but Blues lost 1-0 at Millwall. Albion are now celebrating being five points deep into the play-off spots but Birmingham are merely one point above the relegation zone.
The most dominant win on Saturday was for Norwich City as David Wagner's side thrashed Rotherham United by five goals to nil to move into sixth spot. Other results included Watford 1-2 Coventry City, Preston North End 1-2 Stoke City, Blackburn Rovers 1-1 Plymouth Argyle, Queens Park Rangers 0-2 Middlesbrough and Bristol City 1-0 Swansea City.
So many players impressed this week that it would be tricky to pick just 11 to form a team of the week, but WhoScored's rating system does the yards for us. With that in mind, here's how the Championship team of the week shapes up, includingplayers from West Brom, Birmingham, Norwich and Ipswich.

The Birmingham City goalkeeper made four saves and seven claims to keep his side in the game, until Millwall scored a last-gasp winner at The Den. The game finished 1-0 to the Lions.
2. Jack Stacey - 8.47
The full-back notched two assists in Norwich’s impressive 5-0 thrashing of Rotherham, as well as three tackles and one clearance.
3. Jacob Sorensen - 8.65
Sorensen contributed a goal and an assist from centre-back for Norwich and with 117 he made more touches than any other player on the field.
4. Japhet Tanganga - 7.98
Millwall’s winning goalscorer in the 90th minute against Birmingham, Tanganga also won two tackles and made three clearances to help his side to a vital clean sheet.
