Wolves are on the road this weekend as they travel to Bramall Lane to face Sheffield United in the Premier League.

Satuday’s hosts are without a win all season, and sit rock bottom of the league with just one point. The Blades' only positive result was a 2-2 draw with Everton back in early September. Paul Heckingbottom's side have since gone on six matches after that and the Yorkshire side are wondering where a win will come from.

United suffered a 5-0 hammering against Arsenal last weekend with Eddie Nketiah scoring a hat-trick just before the hour before Fabio Vieira scored a penalty and then Takehiro Tomiyasu scored in the sixth minute of stoppage time.

As for Wolves they were the lunch-time kick off on Saturday, and drew 2-2 with Newcastle United at Molineux. Callum Wilson gave the Magpies the lead and then Lemina equalised, but the referee Anthony Taylor controversially awarded a penalty to which Wilson dispatched. Fortunately, Gary O'Neil's men fought back in the second-half and got what they deserved as Hwang Hee-chan scored an equaliser.

The last meeting between Wolves and Sheffield United was back in January 2022 when Wolves cruised to a 3-0 victory in the FA Cup. Daniel Podence scored a brace in between Nelson Semedo's effort. United have not defeated Wolves since the 2019/20 season when they won 1-0 in Juy 2020 after the Premier League season had resumed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Flick through to see the latest injury and team news from the Wolves and Sheffield United camps. United have it worse with several players ruled out with short-term to long-term injuries.
