Premier League fans up and down the nation were treated to exhilarating matches over the weekend, with a stunning 41 goals scored across the nine fixtures.
The highlight game has to be Newcastle United 4-4 Luton Town as the Magpies went ahead twice but had to come from two down to rescue a point in an eight-goal thriller at St. James' Park.
Brighton & Hove Albion were another team to net four as they thrashed bitter rivals Crystal Palace 4-1 at the American Express Stadium. Wolverhampton Wanderers got in on the action, too, as Matheus Cunha's hat-trick helped sink Chelsea to a 4-2 humbling at Stamford Bridge.
Aston Villa scored a division-high of five over the weekend as they recorded a comfortable 5-0 victory away at Sheffield United, while Everton scored in second-half stoppage time to draw 2-2 with Tottenham Hotspur. Burnley and Fulham shared the points with the same scoreline.
Manchester United moved up into the top six with a 3-0 win over fellow UEFA Europa League challengers West Ham United, but top half hopefuls AFC Bournemouth couldn't see a way past Nottingham Forest as the two sides drew 1-1 at the Vitality Stadium.
The last of Sunday's games saw Arsenal stun Liverpool to keep themselves in the title fight. The Gunners exceeded the Reds in nearly every area of the field and reaped the rewards, running out 3-1 victors at the Emirates Stadium. Manchester City, meanwhile, face Brentford on Monday.
