Villa and Wolves have maintained impressive average home attendances so far this season despite contrasting starts to the new campaign.
The Villans are third in the Premier League standings following four wins and one defeat in their opening five matches. Villa Park has been packed out for their three home clashes to date, against Arsenal, Everton and neighbours Wolves.

Wolves, meanwhile, have been backed impressively by their supporters despite a drab beginning to 2024/25. Four losses and one draw in their first five outings makes very grim reading, as does the fact that Wanderers are currently rock bottom of the table alongside Everton.
Nonetheless, most seats are taken up at Molineux for every home fixture as a sea of Gold tries to motivate their team to turn the tide. The support for Gary O’Neil is mixed given the recent results but the atmosphere is rarely dull.
So how, then, do the average turnouts for Villa and Wolves compare to those of the rest of the Premier League? Here’s a full run-through.
