Predicted Premier League table forecasts surprise finishes for Aston Villa, Liverpool, Chelsea, Brighton and rivals

An updated prediction for the final 2023/24 Premier League table has emerged.

The 2023/24 Premier League season is now over 55 per cent of the way through and there are some clear indications of how things could conclude - but plenty of time remains for surprises at both ends of the standings.

Liverpool are the league leaders currently but Manchester City, Arsenal and Aston Villa are all within just five points. Pep Guardiola's side have a game in hand, too, meaning they could soon be very hot on the Reds' heels.

The battle for the Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League places is fierce, with Tottenham Hotspur three points outside the top four. West Ham United, Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle United make up the rest of the top half. Strong spells of form could throw them right into the mix.

Tension is also high at the foot of the table as Everton's 10-point deduction leaves them just one point above the bottom three. The Toffees could yet face further punishment, alongside Nottingham Forest. Luton Town, Burnley and Sheffield United are all set for an immediate return to the Championship but things could still change.

The Premier League, as ever, is so difficult to predict but taking a look at the latest fractions gives us a good idea. With that in mind, here's where all 20 clubs are expected to finish come the end of the final game of the season.
