The 2023/24 Sky Bet Championship season is now over 60 per cent of the way through and there are some clear signs of how things could conclude – but plenty of time remains for shocks to unfold at both ends of the standings.
Leicester City are the league leaders as things stand but their advantage has reduced recently, with Ipswich Town and Southampton gaining ground. Leeds United are hanging on in there, too, while the relegation battle is brutal for Huddersfield Town, Queens Park Rangers, Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham United in the bottom four.
Arguably the most exciting battle, however, is for the final two play-off positions as merely eight points separate fifth and 14th in the standings. West Bromwich Albion and Coventry City are in the top six currently but Hull CIty, Norwich City, Watford, Sunderland and Middlesbrough are among those hot on their heels.
The Championship, as ever, is so difficult to predict but taking a look at the latest fractions gives us a good idea. With that in mind, here's where all 24 clubs are expected to finish come the end of the final game of the season.
