Predicted Championship table forecasts surprise finishes for Birmingham City, Leeds United, Hull City, Preston North End and rivals

A look at an updated prediction for the final 2023-24 Sky Bet Championship table.

The 2023/24 Sky Bet Championship campaign is now over three-fifths of the way through and there are indications of how the standings could end up – but lots of time remains for surprises to unravel at each end of the table.

Leicester City lead as things stand but their advantage has shortened recently, with Ipswich Town and Southampton both moving closer. Leeds United are watching on, too, while the relegation battle is savage for Huddersfield Town, Queens Park Rangers, Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham United in the bottom four.

Arguably the most exciting fight, however, is for the final two play-off positions as merely eight points separate fifth and 14th in the standings. West Bromwich Albion and Coventry City are in the top six currently but Hull CIty, Norwich City, Watford, Sunderland and Middlesbrough are among those hot on their heels.

The Championship, as ever, is so tricky to forecast but taking a look at the latest fractions gives us a good idea. With that in mind, here's where all 24 clubs are predicted to finish come the full time whistle final game of the season, as per Sky Bet.
