Predicted Championship table after transfers for West Brom, Sheffield Wednesday, Leicester City, Millwall, Coventry City, QPR and rivals - gallery

After an array of transfers, here’s the latest predicted Championship table for the 2023/24 season – including big surprises at both ends of the standings.

Anticipation is building up and down the country for the start of the 2023/24 Championship campaign, with the opening weekend of action now just a fortnight away.

The quality of the sides joining the division via relegation and promotion combined with the impressive transfers so far this window could be the making for one of the most competitive campaigns in recent history.

Very early predictions were made a few weeks ago when the 24 clubs were confirmed but these have shifted considerably following some of the more major transfers up and down the division.

This is even despite some teams not getting any deals done so far, with West Bromwich Albion and Huddersfield Town both failing to make new additions. The likes of Birmingham City and Leicester City, meanwhile, have made five or six apiece.

With that in mind, here are the latest odds for promotion and relegation for the 24 teams set to compete in the English second tier throughout 2023/24, as well as the positions they are looking set to finish in as a result.
