Former Birmingham City midfielder Jude Bellingham could reportedly leave Borussia Dortmund for just £83million next summer.
According to The Sun, Bellingham could leave the German club if the entire fee is paid upfront. Liverpool have been strongly linked with a move for the Stourbridge-born star, although the report claims Manchester City are also confident of signing the Blues fan this summer.

James attracting Premier League interest
Elsewhere, and Blues youngster Jordan James is reportedly attracting interest from the Premier League.
The midfielder has alerted the attention of clubs in the top flight. James, 18, is being tipped for a bright future in the game.
According to reporter Alan Nixon on his Patreon, the teenager is a wanted man but is ‘happy’ to stay at St Andrew’s to carry on getting regular game time.
