West Brom drew 2-2 with QPR at the Hawthorns on Monday afternoon in another dent to their hopes of a late push for the play-offs. The Baggies’ season is starting to peter out and they are now five points off the play-offs with six games left to play.
Birmingham City, on the other hand, are comfortably in mid-table and picked up a 0-0 draw at home to Stoke City last time out. John Eustace’s side are not mathematically safe yet but only a catastrophic slump in form would see them go down now.
