The Championship has entered its 16th week of the 2023/24 season and six managers have already lost their jobs, whether that be via a sacking or mutual consent.

Neil Warnock left Huddersfield Town, Xisco Munoz was sacked as Sheffield Wednesday boss, John Eustace was relieved of his duties at Birmingham City and Gary Rowett ended his stay at Millwall. Meanwhile, Nigel Pearson packed his bags at Bristol City and Gareth Ainsworth was given his marching orders at Queens Park Rangers.

Plenty of moves, then, but still nowhere near the activity seen last campaign as there were 22 managerial casualties throughout 2022/23. There are some on a fine line now, however, with teams struggling to lift themselves out of the relegation battle and a few bigger sides failing to meet their lofty expectations.
