Birmingham City continue their preparations for the new Championship season when they take on League One side Burton Albion this weekend.

City have just returned from their pre-season camp in Portugal where they came from behind to hold Portimonense in a 1-1 draw thanks to Scott Hogan’s strike on Tuesday night (12 July). John Eustace’s men are now preparing to take on Burton this Saturday (16 July) before their final pre-season fixtures against Cheltenham Town and La Lagia outfit Rayo Vallecano, with the club’s Championship campaign getting underway at Luton Town on July 30.
