ITV Central journalist Dan Salisbury-Jones reports Walsall have already finalised their swoop for Hall. The attacking midfielder is said to have trained with the Saddlers on Friday morning ahead of the hosting of Cheltenham Town on Saturday afternoon.
Hall, once heavily linked with Leeds United, finally returned to action in pre-season following a host of hamstring issues but it quickly became apparent game time would not be regular with Blues. His temporary switch to Walsall is hoped to bring him back up to speed.

Capable of playing on either flank or through the middle as a number 10, academy product Hall has made 41 senior appearances for Birmingham to date. His current market value, as per Transfermarkt, is around £1.7 million.
