Birmingham City fans have been reacting to the news that NFL legend Tom Brady has become a co-owner of the club.
The American, who is widely regarded as one of the best sportspeople of all time, has become a minority owner of Birmingham ahead of the new Championship season.

Hide AdThe 46-year-old will use his extensive leadership experience as a seven-time Super Bowl champion to become the Chairman of a new Advisory Board at St Andrew’s. In his role, Brady will oversee a variety of aspects of the club, including the sports science department to advise on health, nutrition, wellness and recovery systems.
Brady, who hasn’t wasted any time in wearing the new Blues home shirt, has already spoken directly to supporters in a video posted across Birmingham’s social media channels.
“So here’s the deal. I’m officially coming on board at Birmingham City Football Club,” Brady said. And maybe you’re asking, what do you know about English football, Tom?
“Well, let’s just say, I’ve got a lot to learn. But I do know a few things about winning and I think they might translate pretty well.

Blues fans react to ‘unbelievable’ Brady announcement
Many supporters were shocked at the annoucement, with one supporter replying to the club’s tweet, saying: “Oh my god.” Another wrote: “This is an unbelievable move. A sporting legend getting on this blue roller-coaster. Welcome to the Blues.”
Many supporters have praised the club’s new owners Tom Wagner and Knighthead Capital Management since taking over at St Andrew’s.
