3. George Hall (Birmingham) - out
Hall is one of Blues’ most talented young players but hasn’t been able to play a proper part under Rooney yet due to hamstring problems. Just as he was getting back to fitness In the under-21s, Hall felt his other hamstring go. He’s set for an extended period out.
4. Kasey McAteer (Leicester) - out
The winger has been absent for the Foxes’ last two games and is expected to be unavailable once again.
