Birmingham City manager Lee Bowyer has made two changes from the side that was hammered 6-2 at Fulham bringing in Scott Hogan and and Jordan James to the eleven.

Ivan Sunjic and Jeremie Bela are the two unfortunate drop-outs which could mean a change in system for Blues against Barnsley.

Neil Etheridge keeps his place in goal with what looks like a back four of Maxime Colin, Marc Roberts, Teden Mengi and Kristian Pedersen.

Ryan Woods and Gary Gardner will play as the more defensive midfielders with Jordan James and Onel Hernandez allowed more freedom to roam forwards.

Hogan starts his first game since Troy Deeney’s injury, partnering captain Lukas Juktiewicz up front.

There’s also a welcome return to the bench for Jordan Graham.
