Birmingham City's last 14 January transfer window signings - and where are they now - Norwich, League One and France

Birmingham City's last 14 signings over the last five transfer windows - and a look at where they are now.

Birmingham City have one transfer signing to boast about in the 2024 January window and that's Andre Dozzell.

The centre midfielder has joined from Championship rivals QPR until the end of the season. Dozzell is out of contract in the summer and if all goes to plan, he could extend his stay at St Andrew's.

Several names have been linked this month, and they've gone from being former Manchester United or Derby County players because of Wayne Rooney's connections to others. Former players who have worked under Tony Mowbray is now the common link, however Sam Gallagher who played under him at Blackburn Rovers is not believed to be a target.

Alex Pritchard is a name that won't go away, and it'll be interesting with little under a fortnight to go whether he moves on from Sunderland. He's out of contract and with the Black Cats also interested in Callum Styles who is of interest to Blues, there's a potential merry-go round of transfers in store next week.

January isn't the great of months to do any business in, and this month will be more about whether Birmingham can keep hold of their best players. Jordan James is attracting interest from the Premier League and Serie A, but so far no team has met his valuation.

To help refresh your memory of Birmingham's business in January, we've taken a look at the past five windows. Half a decade is a good time to see how things have changed, and if anyone still remains. Here we take a look at those who signed from Birmingham in January 2019 all the way to January 2023.
