Aston Villa will play French Ligue 1 outfit LOSC Lille in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa Conference League, it has been confirmed following Friday lunchtime's draw.

The fates of the other English clubs still in Europe - Arsenal, Liverpool and West Ham United - have also been confirmed. The Gunners face a mightily tough test against Bayern Munich over two legs in the Champions League, whereas Liverpool and West Ham face Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen respectively in the Europa League.

Unai Emery's side's first leg against Lille will be at Villa Park, while the second leg will be at Stade Pierre-Mauroy, otherwise known as Decathlon Arena.

Crucially, if Villa beat Lille, they will face the winner of Olympiacos vs Fenerbahçe in the semi-finals. It will be tough, though, as the French team are currently fourth in Ligue 1, behind only Paris Saint-Germain, Brest and AS Monaco.

When are the European quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals?

All three European competitions have the same fixture dates, with Thursdays set aside as usual. The two legs of the quarter-finals are on April 11 and 18, while the semi-finals take place on May 2 and May 9. The finals are then on different days, with the Europa League on May 22, the Europa Conference League on May 29 and the Champions League on June 1.
