Sack race: Wolves & Aston Villa managers tipped among first to lose their jobs in 22/23 - Where Everton’s, Forest’s & Leicester’s sit.

One game down and some fans are already discussing the future of their respective managers.

Football can be an incredibly brutal industry for managers.

One day the fans are singing your name in joyous harmony and the next your name is ringing around the ground in disgust with supporters demanding you out of the club.

We’re just one game in in the Premier League and there’s already been anger amongst some fan bases after a disappointing first day.

Aston Villa manager Steven Gerrard was questioned for some of the selection decisions he made in his team’s 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth.

Villa were expected to be a much stronger outft this year but judging by the first 90 minutes of the campaign, not much has changed.

Elsewhere and Ralph Hassenhuttl saw his side hammered 4-1 by Tottenham Hotspur and he once again looks to be one of the favourites to lose his position in 22/23.

It almost seems unfair that the ‘sack race’ is already being spoken about already but here we are.

Here’s the latest odds, in full, as we take a look at who could be the first to be shown the door in the new Premier League season.
