Aston Villa and Newcastle United are two new faces that are desparate to break into the European spots either this year or in the not too distant future and their business has reflected that with some marquee signatures added to their respective sqads.
Elsewhere and the two expected to battle it out for the title carry on to strengthen with Manchester City landing the prolific striker Erling Haaland whilst Liverpool have tried to match them by bringing in Benfica’s Darwin Nunez.

And we’re not even at the half-way point.
