Premier League relegation odds: Bookies predict how season will end for Aston Villa, Wolves & more

Steven Gerrard’s side kicked off their 2022/23 campaign with a defeat to Bournemouth, but has that made a difference to their odds of going down?

The new Premier League season is officially underway after the conclusion of Gameweek One where Aston Villa started with a 2-0 away defeat to newly promoted Bournemouth.

Last season was a difficult one for the Villa Park side who sacked manager Dean Smith in November and replaced him with Rangers’ gaffer Steven Gerrard.

The Liverpool icon managed to steer the club well clear of the relegation zone in the end as they finished in 14th place, ten points clear of Burnley who went down in 18th place.

This summer the club have been busy recruiting new players and will hope to secure a higher finishing position despite the disappointing start.

With the summer transfer business still ongoing and the opening day of the season now in the books, how are the oddsmakers predicting the Premier League table to look at the end of this season?

Below them the odds drop drastically and Villa do find themselves amongst the teams who could be in danger if their odds worsen.

Here are the odds for all 20 Premier League sides to be relegated at the end of the 2022/23 season:
