Aston Villa and Wolves are now preparing to kick off their respective pre-seasons as preparations for the new campaign ramp up.
Villa are expecting to have a big season after qualifying for Europe last time around. Unai Emery will be going into his first full season in charge, and he has already been backed significantly in the transfer window with the expected signing of Villarreal star Pau Torres for more than £50million. Meanwhile, Wolves will head into their first season under Julen Lopetegui after improving on a disappointing campaign in the back end of last season.

1. Reiss Nelson
Nelson looks more likely to sign a new deal at Arsenal, but both Villa and Wolves would be wise to get in the winger’s ear now that they are free to speak to him.

Davies would be a squad player for either of these clubs, but he could add decent competition on a free transfer after leaving Everton.
3. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Oxlade-Chamberlain is being heavily linked with a move to Aston Villa, and a deal looks likely.
4. Willian
Willian has left Fulham, and he proved last season he is still of Premier League quality.
