Steven Gerrard has some big decisions ahead of him as he looks to turn Aston Villa’s recent misfortunes around versus Tottenham Hotspur.
Villa are on a three game losing streak for the first time under the former Liverpool captain and things don’t get much easier with an in-form Spurs side up on the horizon.
After a 2-1 defeat to local rivals Wolves last time out, the claret and blue’s season is in danger of petering out and Gerrard is adamant that he will not let that happen.
Big decisions await ahead of the Saturday evening kick-off.
Danny Ings should be back available following the birth of his child and Lucas Digne will also come back into contention.
Morgan Sanson was given a chance last time out whereas Emiliano Buendia remains sat on the bench seemingly just biding his time.

Fresh off the back of his new contract, Cash will slot in at right-back.

Can’t see Mings losing his place anytime soon.
4. CB - Calum Chambers
Never the best idea to keep rotating your defence but after a poor defensive performance versus Wolves, Chambers could come back in.
