Aston Villa are back in Premier League action just three days after their 2-0 win away at Chelsea, with a Tuesday night trip to Leicester City fast approaching. The Villans take on a Foxes side in turmoil as they are now in the relegation zone and without a manager after sacking Brendan Rodgers.
It’s arguably one of the best possible times to play Leicester as there’s so much uncertainty and confidence is at a deep low at the King Power Stadium. Villa have some positives on the team news front heading into the game, too, with a shortening list of players currently receiving treatment.

Hopefully, I think he is going to be ready for the next match,” Villa’s head coach said on Saturday.
The Lions now have just one long-term injury to deal with, as reserve goalkeeper Jed Steer is likely out for the rest of the season with his torn Achilles. Meanwhile, potential return dates have been set out for Matty Cash (calf) and Philippe Coutinho (hamstring) with both hoping to be back before the end of April. They are still ruled out for now, however.
Ruled out: Steer, Cash, Coutinho. Doubts: N/A.

Leicester injury news
The Foxes have a few players out of action for Tuesday’s game, with the biggest miss of the bunch probably being Youri Tielemans. The Belgium international, who has missed the last five Premier League fixtures with an ankle injury, suffered a setback last week and is undergoing further assessment.
Experienced central defender Jonny Evans is facing a late fitness test following his return to training a few days ago, whereas attacking midfielder Dennis Praet is doubtful with a dead leg. Ryan Bertrand has been sidelined all season with a knee problem and the game comes too soon for him, although he’s back in training.

The situation surrounding former Southampton defender Jannik Vestergaard, who was outcast for questioning Rodgers, is now unclear following the manager’s sacking.
Ruled out: Tielemans, Bertrand, Justin. Doubts: Evans, Praet, Vestergaard.
