Jack Grealish’s transfer value falls after leaving Aston Villa - here’s how much by

Grealish registered four goals and six assists during his first season in Manchester

Former Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish became the most expensive British footballer of all time following his £100 million pound move to Premier League champions Manchester City last summer.

But it was a mixed first campaign for Grealish in his debut season with Pep Guardiola’s team.

Although he helped City retain their Premier League crown, the former Villa skipper was in and out of the starting line-up for much of the season, finding himself on the bench for many of City’s biggest league and Champions League games - including the Champions League semi-finals and the final day league title decider against his former club.

Jack Grealish joined Manchester City for £105,000,000 last summer. His first season at the Etihad Stadium saw him bag six goals and four assists in 39 appearances in all competitions.

And one year on from his move to the Etihad, according to transfermarkt, Grealish’s transfer value has now fallen from £100 million to £63 million.

Grealish registered just four goals and six assists in his first season with City, and will be hoping to recapture his fine Aston Villa form next season as he looks to seal a place in England’s World Cup squad.
