Jack Grealish’s dogs: here are all the pooches owned by the Manchester City footballer

Ace footballer Jack Grealish is famous for many things: hair, calves, candid interviews, and of course, his skills on the field. However, there is one thing that makes him just like everybody else - his love for his pet dog.

The Manchester City footie star, who was raised in Solihull, has been vocal about his love for his dogs, calling one of them, instead of his longterm girlfriend Sasha Attwood, the love of his life. The footie star is the proud owner of four dogs, and three of them are meant to protect him. Only one of them is a domestic pet like you and me would have.

The former Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish, who has been in great form for Manchester City this season, posted a photo of his cockapoo Skye captioning it “loml”. He shares the dog with Attwood, who is a dog lover as well. The couple took their adorable pooch with them on their a trip in March 2023 as well as a previous trip to a luxury lakeside lodge in January 2022.

Sasha, who grew up with a family dog, had to say goodbye to her “beautiful girl” in October 2022 after 15 years of companionship.

She had shared a heartbreaking message in October 2022 for her family dog of 15 years Lottie, according to the Sun. Attwood wrote on social media: “Had to say goodbye to my beautiful girl yesterday Thankyou Lottie for being my best mate for the last 15 years, the most loyal, loving, gentle dog anyone could wish for. I fell in love with you the second we met and you’ll always be my special girl.”

She added: “My favourite picture of you. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face and being my bestest friend since I was 11. You were always so special, such a massive part of our family. Go and run free - I will miss you always.”

How many dogs does Jack Grealish have?

Apart from his cockapoo, Skye, Grealish reportedly has three more dogs.

Grealish purchased his first Belgian Malinois from renowned security firm K9 Chaperone in 2020 after Dele Alli’s house was robbed. Since then, he bought two more Belgian Malinois from K9 Chaperone. This canine protection firm is also preferred by Raheem Sterling, Dele Alli, Marcus Rashford and Rio Ferdinand.

This breed of dog is preferred by many people, including footballers like Aston Villa’s Emi Martinez, for protection.

Grealish reportedly spent £40,000 on the latter two Belgian Malinois to increase security at his home. The names of the Belgian Malinois dogs have not been made public.
