Villa are currently just two points ahead of Tottenham, and Manchester United are now within five. As the race hots up, we have taken a look at the last 10 teams to finish fourth to see how many points Villa may need to secure Champions League football. We have also calculated a 10-year average by taking the team who finished fifth and adding one point to their total.
