Aston Villa will be looking to bounce back from defeat at Newcastle United when they welcome relegation-threatened Watford this weekend.
The Villans fell to a 1-0 defeat at St James’ Park last weekend, with Kieran Trippier’s free-kick the difference between the two sides.
Gerrard’s side now sit in 12th place in the Premier League, comfortably above the relegation zone.
Watford, in contrast, remain embroiled in a relegation scrap - currently sitting in 19th place and six points adrift of safety.
Villa will be targeting a return to winning ways after their disappointing afternoon on Tyneside.
That was the side’s only defeat in their last four Premier League outings - but Gerrard will no doubt be concerned that they have only won one of the last four, too.
So changes could be on the cards as the Hornets prepare to visit to the Midlands on Saturday.
There will be decisions to be made across the pitch, and especially in attack - where Gerrard will have to opt whether to include the fit-again Leon Bailey, with Danny Ings also pushing for a start.
At the back, Villa remain without Ezri Konsa through suspension and in the engine room Morgan Sanson will be pushing for a recall.
A number of youngsters are once again set to make the squad and could occupy places on the bench for the Premier League clash.
So what team could Gerrard name for the clash with Watford, and what changes will he be considering making? We take a look:
