Aston Villa €4m transfer exit confirmed as two others set to leave

Aston Villa could see three players depart the club this summer according to various reports.
Villa are gearing up for their final home match of the Premier League season against Liverpool in a game which could see them secure their Champions League spot. If they win tonight (Monday, May 13) then they will be guaranteed fourth spot, and if they don't then they just need Spurs to lose one of their final two matches against Manchester City or Sheffield United.

It's a competition for the teams considered the best in Europe and if Villa are to be competitive, they might need to freshen up their squad and now it looks like three players could depart Villa Park.
It was reported by Get French Football News that Nice have met all the conditions to make Morgan Sanson's move permanent. He had to compete in half of their matches and he did that a fair few weeks ago and then that the club would finish in the top eight and they did that with a win over Le Havre on Friday.
Nice though there is no official confirmation as of yet are now likely to take up the €4m purchase option that they had on him. It brings to an end Sanson's three-year association with the Villa, with the last seasons spent out on loan in France.
He joined Villa for a reported £14m with £1.5m in add-ons from Marseille, and he ended up making 23 appearances for the club after being signed when Dean Smith was in charge. Sanson admitted this summer that it would be his intention to make his move to Nice permanent and it looks like he has got his wish.

The 20-year-old joined the League Two champions on loan in the summer but missed a chunk of the campaign through a serious hamstring injury. Barry still played his part in helping the Hatters win promotion though with nine goals and four assists. Stockport are interested in signing him on a permanent basis though they face competition from a series of unnamed Championship clubs who are said to be monitoring his situation.
Academy youngster Lamare Bogarde who was on loan at Bristol Rovers last season and for the first part of this campaign also looks also to be on the move. Football Insider are reporting that Dutch side AZ Alkmaar are 'leading the race' to sign Bogarde. They are in pole position to sign Bogarde despite there being apparent interest from Southampton and Watford in the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old would thankfully be staying at Villa Park with a move to the Netherlands only being a loan deal. Bogarde trained with the first-team during pre-season and had hoped that he would make his Premier League debut this season.
