Aston Villa predicted XI vs Burnley as Steven Gerrard makes two changes and Jacob Ramsey late call made

Here is the potential Aston Villa starting XI against Burnley.

Aston Villa face Burnley this weekend as they look to secure back to back wins after victory over Norwich last time out.

Morgan Sanson will return to the 20-man squad after recovering from injury, however Steven Gerrard revealed that Jacob Ramsey is a major doubt after limping out of training with a groin issue.

Kortney Hause remains sidelined, while Ezri Konsa and Douglas Luiz will look to earn their place in the starting line-up back after being benched against the Canaries.

Meanwhile, Leon Bailey will also missed out after he was forced off before half time at Villa Park on only his seventh league start of the season.

Danny Ings replaced him and scored their second goal so will be hopeful of retaining his place in the team.

The striker has scored in each of his last three league outings against Burnley and could join Craig Bellamy as the only players to net in four consecutive Premier League games against a former club.
