Goals from John McGinn, Ollie Watkins, Leon Bailey, Youri Tielemans and Alex Moreno earned a 5-0 rout and ensured Villa maintained their pressure in the Champions league race.
With Tottenham Hotspur conceding a stoppage-time equaliser to Everton, Unai Emery’s side were given a golden opportunity to reclaim their top-four spot. It is safe to say they did that with aplomb by brutally putting the Blades to the sword.
