Smith reunion

Former Villa boss Dean Smith is said to be considering a reunion ahead of this summer.

According to the Birmingham Mail, Smith and Norwich City are weighing up a move for Keinan Davis.

Davis was sent on loan to Nottingham Forest in the winter, and it seems Norwich are interested in taking him full-time this summer.

Davis made just one Premier League appearance for Villa in the first half of the campaign.

Gomez price tag

Villa have reportedly learned the price tag they will have to meet to snap up Joe Gomez.

Gomez has been heavily linked with Villa ahead of the summer having fallen down the pecking order at Anfield.

According to El Nacional, Villa will have to pay around £25million to snap up Gomez this summer, which seems a fair price for a 24-year-old with as much top-level experience as he has.
