Villa are thought to be interested in Norwegian wonderkid Sverre Nypan, according to HITC Sport. He currently plays for Rosenborg in his native country - a gifted young midfielder, he notched up three assists in as many games during the Europa Conference League qualifying stage.
Villa and United are not the only high-profile clubs who have been linked with a move for Nypan, though. Manchester City, Chelsea, Brighton, Brentford, Nottingham Forest, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, AS Monaco, Lyon, Benfica and Porto are also thought to be interested in the 17-year-old's services - as such, the Villans will have their work cut out if they wish to successfully fend off the competition.
Wolves' Matheus Cunha could be out for the rest of the season with hamstring injury
Wolves striker Matheus Cunha suffered a hamstring injury during Wolves' 2-0 defeat against Brentford - according to a report featured on Mail Online, it could keep him out of action for the rest of the 2023/24 season.
Brazil manager Dorival Junior explained that Cunha will not be available for their games against England and Spain in late March - indicating that the 24-year-old will still be on the side lines at that point. Currently, his return date has yet to be specified by Wolves boss Gary O'Neil.
