Anwar El Ghazi, Bertrand Traore, Trezeguet and Jaden Philogene were all allowed to leave over the summer so the club are light in that area still.

The Midlands outfit looked into the possibility of landing the midfielder from Sporting Lisbon but decided not to land him in the end.
