Villa enjoyed a rather profitable summer of last, after selling Jack Grealish for around £100million.
And according to Football Insider, a large chunk of money could now be reinvested into the squad, with Gerrard set to be handed a ‘massive’ transfer budget to put his own spin on the squad this summer.
The report claims the Lions are ‘likely’ to spend over £150million on new signings in order to take the step up to the next level.
