Aston Villa rank among the ‘dirtiest’ teams in the Premier League in terms of yellow and red cards received this season.

Leeds United lead the way by some distance whilst both Newcastle United and Villa trailing behind in the quest for an unwanted top spot.

We’ve taken a look at the total number of cards each team has received (via WhoScored.com) and turned it into its very own disciplinary league table.

For the purpose of further clarity, we’ve ranked the table as a points system. We’ve awarded one point for each yellow card received and three for a red card.

The teams below are ranked from ‘dirtiest to cleanest’ or most booking points to least and we’ve included a full breakdown of the statistics next to the image.
