The return of the Premier League is now less than one week away after over two months without action.
Supporters up and down the nation – as well as all over the planet – have been waiting patiently in anticipation.
For many, it’s felt like a lifetime but in the grand scheme of things – considering the 31-year history of the division – it hasn’t been long at all.
In that period, 50 teams have been fortunate enough to take on the English top tier. Luton Town will become the 51st, but they are yet to play.
