What a wine-derful accolade.

One of the world’s most trusted sources of information for wine connoisseurs has recognised a Birmingham restaurant as having one of the best wine lists across the globe.

Adam’s, on Waterloo Street in the city centre, has received a glowing Three Star accolade from The World of Fine Wine - the highest rating possible awarded to just 48 other restaurants.

The publication’s Star Award list is described as ‘the first awards program to acknowledge the crucial importance of a good wine selection—regardless of size—in the modern dining experience all round the world’ - with a Three-Star rating the highest Star Award available.

According to judges, those who receive Three-Stars display ‘clear evidence of commitment over the long term, genuine passion, a guiding intelligence, and real vision’.
