Valentine’s day is just around the corner and you may be hoping to do something special for the significant other in your life.
So here’s a few tips from celebrity chef Aldo Zilli who is currently working in partnership with Italian restaurant Lucarelli in the Mailbox.
BirminghamWorld was invited to visit Aldo as he set to work in the kitchen on the ultimate Valentine’s Day dinner.
And we weren’t disappointed. Aldo cooked up a divine Lobster Tagliatelle. You can see just how he did it and some of the skills he used to get it just right in the video at the top of this story. Enjoy!
