A residential development site with full planning permission for five new luxury homes in one of the West Midlands’ sought-after is on the market for offers based on £1.5 million.
DM & Co. Homes in Solihull has been instructed to sell the site which includes 7 Dunsmore Grove and land to the rear of 5 Dunsmore Grove.
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council granted full planning permission in August 2024 for the demolition of 7 Dunsmore Grove and the construction of five detached homes with associated garaging, access and landscaping.

The estimated gross development value of the site is £3,760,000.
