Eight homes from across Birmingham are set to be auctioned this week.
From £395k to £5k, there’s a wide range of city homes going under the hammer on Thursday, February 9. One of the properties, a family home in Moseley is expected to grab bidders’ attention at the Bond Wolfe event.
The four-bedroomed, detached house at Shelsley Drive in Moseley, is appearing in the live-streamed auction with a guide price of £395,000+.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, explained that the property already had planning permission for a dormer window to the side, making room for an ensuite bathroom.
He said: “Because it occupies a generous corner plot, there is great potential to extend this house further, subject to any additional planning permission.
“This property benefits from gas central heating and is a well-proportioned house, standing within a secluded cul-de-sac, close to local shopping, amenities and schools.”
Homes located in Kings Norton, Druids Heath, Great Barr, Harborne, and Erdington will also be going under the hammer at the auction, which could be ideal for first time buyers or investors.
Mr Bassi added: “These are just some of the wide range of lots with attractive guide prices that we once again have on offer for first-time buyers or landlords looking to extend their portfolios.”
The Birmingham lots will be among 161 properties appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 9am on Thursday 9 February.
The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
