There are plenty of questions on the community website asking where the best places to live or move to in and around Birmingham are.
The suggestions focus on the community ‘feel’, schools, parking, green spaces and transport links on the whole - but, of course, you need to factor in your own budgets as some areas are a lot pricier than others.

1. Kings Heath
Praised for its great schools, nice houses, parks and sense of community, Kings Heath is considered a trendy area of Birmingham with lots of independent businesses and a thriving high street. 2. Moseley
Moseley is a vibrant suburb known for its bohemian atmosphere and artistic community. It has been home to celebrities like musician Laura Mvula and Bridgeton actor Claudia Jessie. The area is famous for its independent shops, cafes, and the annual Moseley Folk Festival, making it a cultural hotspot. 4. Harborne
Arguably the most desirable place to live in Birmingham, Harborne features a central High Street and suburban roads. It’s a mix of urban and suburban living, with a friendly community vibe.
