Making an application for the case to be adjourned for a medical report, Judith Kenny, defending, said: “This starts at a level of custody. But what I would seek to do, depending on the level of evidence, is to persuade the court it can be suspended.

“I’m no medic myself but there is some indication that in my experience there is some red flags.”

Walker was granted unconditional bail and will be sentenced a later date.

Walker is due back in court for an administrative hearing has been set for November 22.

Video footage of the incident, which attracted over 2.5 million views, caused outrage at the time after it was posted to social media. It captured the moment Walker was booted out of the pub and began yelling at Mr Price for her bag.

Police confirmed at the time of her arrest that Walker had been banned from entering Birmingham as part of her bail conditions.

In the aftermath, she posted on Instagram: “I would just like to publicly apologise for the situation that happened at the nightclub and I would like everyone to know that I am infact [sic] not racist at all. I have several black co-workers who I love dearly and have even dated black men.

“I was seriously drunk out of my head that night and upset because I wanted to get into the lounge when I had left my ID in the car which was parked over a mile away.

“I was in my heels and couldn’t get my ID and clearly look over 18 but was still refused access to the bar which is why I was angry but I understand that doesn’t justify my words.”

She insisted she wasn’t racist before saying everyone is “entitled to freedom of speech” and that “they shouldn’t be abused for it”.
