Angie said: “I love coming into Birmingham on the tram because it’s really easy and convenient from where I live. And I also love the voice scooters because I like the buzz they give you going around town and getting from place to place.”

Jess added: “Yeah I prefer getting into town by tram - it’s more reliable, they turn up. Like you can have a great conversation with someone the way it’s set out, it’s more sociable than, say the buses.”

James said “Well, to be honest, I just walk around Birmingham when I’m in the town centre. I just walk around and that’s my preferred way to travel in the city centre. But I do get buses quite often. And that’s my main mode of transport. I wouldn’t say it’s because I prefer it. It’s just that’s what I do. I’ve just get the buses. But yeah, when I’m in town, I just wander around and walk.”
