Hide AdNaveed says: “Wow, I can’t believe the Metro service is down again. It’s been down quite a few times. It’s a bit of a shame really,
“I don’t use it myself, but I can imagine it’s probably a headache for people who travel to work, school or college or something like that, or might need to travel on the metro on a regular basis. So hopefully it can get sorted again, and there won’t be an issue.”
Nigel says: “I think the transport system’s good. The trams, with their problems they’ve got, aren’t Birmingham’s fault - it’s their problem.

Jade says: “I feel like it’s affected the town because on a night out, you know, you used to be able to drive down certain parts and you can’t - I find that there’s a lot of young girls trying to get out of town. It’s been really hard to get in and out - especially on the evenings on a weekend.”
