Weoley Castle driver jailed for dangerous driving
A driver has been jailed following two separate crashes which left one man dead and another 22 year old man paralysed. Jordan Tedstone from Weoley Castle was sentenced to four years and nine months for causing serious injury by dangerous driving and for driving with no insurance.
South Yardley man being sought over murder of Yahya Sharif
West Midlands Police have named the man they are looking for in connection to the murder of Yahya Sharif. Abdirahaman Yussuf from South Yardley is being sought after urgently by detectives following the murder of the 18 year old in the Small Heath area. Those with any information have been urged to call 999.

Hide AdSpiking cases are continuing to drop in the West Midlands according to the police. Between the 6th and 12th of December, 21 crimes were reported, 8 of which being in Birmingham. Unfortunately none of the reported crimes had adequate evidence to progress any investigation.
