After a dramatic few weeks of weather recently, it looks to be much of the same on the way this weekend.

The Met Office has placed yellow flood warnings in some parts of the UK.

Although Birmingham is not included in the list, it looks as if the region is set to see more unsettled weather conditions throughout the whole of the weekend.

Tonight

Showers are expected to continue this evening, however it will become dry overnight with clear spells leaving room for patches of frost in most places.

The temperatures are expected to hit lots of 0°C.

Saturday

Early hours will be cloudier but milder in temperature. There will be some brightness in certain areas, and overall it will be dry.

Rain will be arriving later in the morning in western areas.

Temperatures will be a maximum of 12°C.

Sunday

Sunday will remain largely unsettled with cloudy conditions and periods of rain.

As the day progresses the weather will turn windy with the speeds picking up in the evening.

Outlook Monday to Tuesday

As we move into next week the weather is expected to settle with spells of sunshine forecast.

The weather will stay breezy but milder than Sunday evening.
