Birmingham weather: could it be a white Christmas?

As we reach the end of the week, we can expect cloudy skies across most of the West Midlands with a small chance of rain and temperatures should reach highs of somewhere between 7 or 8 degrees.

Then for Christmas Day, we can expect to see some sleet in Birmingham and Lichfield, everywhere else should be fairly dry and overcast. Temperatures should dip to reach highs of somewhere between 3 and 6 degrees.

And as we move out of the weekend, on Boxing Day, Sunday, we can expect more overcast skies with a small expectation of rain, and temperatures of around 2 degrees.

Then Monday there’s a much higher chance of rain, overcast skies with temperatures of around 6 degrees, then by Tuesday it looks as though things should be fairly dry, more overcast skies, and temperatures of 5 degrees.
