Ryan was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving his family heartbroken.

His family described him as “the baby of the family”, who brought “infectious humour and playful spirit”.

They said that their lives have been forever shattered by his loss. Two individuals fled the scene but were later located. Two men, aged 27 and 24, have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and are currently out on bail while investigations continue. The police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit is urging witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward. They continue to support Ryan's grieving family through this difficult time.
