Racist West Brom Fan gets three year Football Banning Order with club banning him for life

A football fan who made racist gestures towards a rival fan has been banned from attending any games for three years. Neil Grainger was spotted making the offensive gestures during a championship match between West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City. He was also given a fine and made to pay court costs.

Activists target site in Tyburn with police warning motorists to avoid the area due to traffic delays

West Midlands Police have asked motorists to avoid roads in Tyrburn as they are dealing with an incident at a site targeted by activists. The roads affected are near the Esso Petroleum fuel station.

Peaky Blinders mural erected outside New Street Station 

A giant Peaky Blinders mural has been erected outside New Street Station to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital ahead of the final episode of the show which is airing Sunday.  The artist Jon Jones is represented by Castle Fine Art who have pledged to donate £1 every time a photo of the mural is posted on social media to the hospital.
